RE:  Les Sohar

During the 2010 Florida Realtors Convention, I had the opportunity to hear Les Sohar speak at the FR Global Forum session as the Canadian Panelist participant.  I was very impressed with his knowledge of the Canadian Buyer and overcoming their objections to purchasing in the U.S.  As Chairperson for the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors International Council, I took it upon myself to introduce myself to Les at that meeting and invited him to the Emerald Coast to speak to our Council members.  

In January 2011, Les came to the Emerald Coast of Florida to share a Wealth of Knowledge with our Council members and local Realtors on the Canadian Buyer. He was also our Guest at our Canadian/Snowbird Reception held by our Global Council the following day.  I can’t say enough about his professionalism, knowledge and most of all his ability to communicate successfully with his attendees.  His presentation was full of valuable information, he was able to answer questions confidently and he added a bit of Canadian humor to make the class fun and relaxed as well!  

I would highly recommend Les Sohar to anyone looking for a great Canadian Speaker that will follow through with exactly what need him to do!  He impressed our group from a professional level as well as a personal level.  It was truly a pleasure working with him and I would be happy to share my experience with anyone looking to use Mr. Sohar as a speaker/educator in the future.

You are one hell of a great agent, and friend.  And not many, actually correction, no friends have made me the money that you have...or Family for that matter!!  I wish I had more money to buy more houses with you!!

 

I will brag on your behalf to anyone’s ear I can grab from friends to my customers, and what my Family is already aware -   If all real estate sales agents were as good as you, the Real Estate Profession would have an impeccable name and trust!

 

In a time when the housing market was at the tail end of the 2008 boom, you managed, through perseverance and patience to find us a Home, that not only met “our requirements” but also increased significantly in value; based on two official appraisals 1 year apart, the new appraisal is $153,000 higher.  I wonder how many people can make the claim they made (not lost) that kind of money on the stock market in 1 year without investing a 7-digit number, especially last year?!!

 

I hope that I can win a lottery and sign you up to find me a few ‘investment’ properties...maybe one day!

 

If you ever need a reference, do not even hesitate...I will show people the ‘papers’ to prove your value and worth.
